· SECOND LEVEL GALLERY: Route with a difference in height (descent) of 208 steps, prohibited for children under 12 years of age, pregnant women, people with mobility issues, and those with heart problems. EQUIPMENT
Suitable footwear is strictly required, such as sneakers or similar shoes, in any case comfortable for walking in unpaved and damp places like an underground mine.
For entry to the underground mines of Capoliveri and Rio, a jacket or sweater is recommended as the internal temperature requires it.
Insurance explicitly excludes from coverage anyone wearing footwear not suitable for an excursion of this kind.
The guide may decide not to allow participation to anyone deemed unsuitable for the chosen activity, such as those wearing inadequate footwear.
Failure to participate by the hiker, for example, if they show up with inadequate footwear, does not entitle them to any refund and therefore no voucher will be issued.
The hiker is required to inform the guide of any pre-existing/chronic conditions before the start of the excursion and, promptly, of any discomfort that may arise during the excursion itself.
During the excursions, participants and guides will take photos or shoot videos to post on social media.
If you do not wish to appear in the photos, you can inform the guide before the start of the trek.
Otherwise, the photos will be published.
CHILDREN
Children under 4 years old can participate in activities expressly organized also for the youngest ones.
From the age of 12, children are considered adults in all respects and can participate in all the activities offered by Safari in Miniera.
DOGS
Dogs may participate depending on the activities.
They must be kept on a leash and the owner will always be fully responsible for the behavior of their four-legged friend.
For the gallery tour on the first level and in the mining school (only inside it), small dogs are allowed if kept by the owner in a suitable carrier. For the second level, animals of any kind are NOT allowed.
TOUR EXECUTION
The tour includes transportation on board our military vehicles from the meeting point to the sites of interest, a visit to the museum, and a guide who will accompany the group. The equipment, depending on the chosen activity, will be provided by the Safari in the Mine staff (helmet, flashlight, small hammer, bag).
