Meeting time and museum visit:
Unless otherwise instructed by staff, follow these guidelines:
9:30 tour meet 15' earlier at the Calamita museum, Capoliveri. Museum can be visited after returning from the excursion.
11:30 tour meet 30' earlier at the Calamita museum, Capoliveri. Museum can be visited before the excursion departs.
14:30 tour meet 30' earlier at the Calamita museum, Capoliveri.
Museum can be visited before the excursion departs.
16:40 tour meet 15' earlier at the Calamita museum, Capoliveri. Museum can be visited after returning from the excursion.
Payment methods:
The excursion can be paid in cash or by credit card. We recommend bringing cash as the internet line may cause issues when using the POS.
Useful info for the excursion:
For the visit to the underground mine we recommend comfortable shoes and a jacket (or similar). The mine is humid and has a constant temperature of 18°C.
For the visit to the outdoor sites, we recommend comfortable shoes and on hotter days, a cap and a bottle of water

Animals in the mine:
For the Rio mine, dogs are allowed in, even slightly larger ones, without using a carrier.
As per current regulations, during the jeep transfer, since you won’t be alone, the dog must wear a muzzle.
